My background started in teaching, before changing career path and succeeding in Network marketing, which was where I first discovered the world of self development.

I absolutely adored the element of working with women on their mindset and inner belief to achieve their life goals. Which is why I made the decision to become accreddited as a Life Coach.

It is my passion to give women the confidence and the toolkit to reclaim their power and take ownership of their lives.

I have since Coached hundreds of women, empowering them with the skills to redefine their self belief and what’s possible for them. I offer online 1:1 or group coaching programmes and memberships.
